okay so training starts from today , I promise on dead dad that I won’t take this lightly . I will push myself as hard as I can while maintaining my sanity. There is an old man(the g.o.a.t) who will be training us . The management along with him with decide which team we step into , I have a general idea about the teams here(devops/managed services(Linux/windows)/app team/DB team/ implementation team/ monitoring team).I am going to divide this 3 month into 4 subjects.

  1. the training module(the core, this is the module that matters the most )

  2. Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)

  3. devops side projects/Knowledge.

  4. AWS certification(ccp → saa)

I need to give my best in the training module. The Linux team lead who took my interview told to focus particularly on operating systems , then do RHCSA. I spoke with the devops team lead , i asked “what operations you do? ”. He dismissed me politely saying that I won’t have enough knowledge to understand what he does , and I must first prove myself because theoretical knowledge might not reflect on my test performance ,and any information he gives me know, will mostly be useless. He was right , he gave me a reality check . I plan to approach him 2 weeks after with some doubts in devops , showcasing to him that I am interested in this domain and taking necessary action . I must also communicate with the Linux team and ask him doubts in a few days. I have downloaded an e-book ”RHCSA Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9: Training and Exam Preparation Guide (EX200), Third Edition”. I must buy 4/3 separate notes(I take AWS notes on obsidian) . I must also track my progress. I must take this very seriously and treat this like life and death , I must start waking up at at-least 4:15 AM. I must also communicate & interact with each team’s head slowly , not daily but once every 2 days. I must expect people to block me off and be prepared mentally. This is not about my pride or name , it is about my ability to provide. My dad died 4 years ago and people are still shitting on his name.

I must step up , there is unnecessary malevolence in this world, I must face these issues.

I must not be an idiot , I must strategically plan and execute .

I won’t give up your legacy, APPA .
